When you are viewing the product a price history chart is displayed in addition to the ability to track the product and find relative deals.
The colours and graphics are a little overwhelming at first. Here is a brief breakdown
- Amazon is Orange
- New Marketplaces- Blue
- Used Marketplace Items- Black
- Sales Rank- Green
- Out of stock- White
The most useful colours are orange for Amazon sales and white shading Out of stock. The white can be helpful if you want to try and compete with Amazon. A lot of sellers don’t want to compete with Amazon. Or you may see that Amazon is out of stock most of the time and you don’t want to compete.
Keepa allows you to select date ranges apposed to CamelCamelCamel. It will allow you to view and display date ranges. For instance day, week, month.
Keepa seems to be a better platform to feature monetary history. It will give you insight into the high and low dollar amount. The same features apply to the product sales rank giving insight into the low and the high. The sales rank is opposite to CamelCamelCamel. Camel Camel Camel has the lowest sales rank at the top, and this is at the bottom.
Data Sets
If you click off all data sets a green line will indicate the sale rank history over the date range that was selected.
If you want to broaden your focus, click the data sets back.
There is also a feature to look at the marketplace for used product. The benefit is that you can see all information at the same time or just one aspect. Keepa gives a good indicator of what the price was when it was sold. You can compare prices and share historical data. It gives you insight into the competition. This is just a basic understanding and synopsis of the platform. Please feel free to reach out if you require any further insight.

The pricing chart for CCC is similar to Keepa
- The Green represents the Amazon Data
- Blue represents 3rd party new
- Red represents 3rd party used
You can tick and untick these lines. The dotted line means they were out of stock for that time period. Have a plat with these data sets.
On the right-hand margin gives you the ability to add or remove a line from the graph. You also have the functionality to select the time period you want to look at.
In addition to that, it gives you the functionality to adjust the slider bar and display price histories from Amazon and 3rd party sellers.
A sales rank graph is also available to see how the product has performed. The sales rank graph looks like a lie detector graph, but it isn’t. It is counting sales. The left side shows the low number up to the high number. It represents the lowest and highest from the last year.
CCC goes in once a day to gather this information. It gives you an estimated number of sales for this item. It gives you a basic understanding of pricing and sales rank history.
